- Since 2010 she has worked in consulting, and since 2018 she has specialized in executive search and talent acquisition, partnering with international headhunting firms. So far, she has led over 60 search projects for more than 45 clients across various sectors and regions, including Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, conducting searches in Spanish, English, German, and French.
- She has conducted more than 1,000 interviews with executives and specialists from diverse backgrounds, always with a rigorous and personalized approach. Her core values are trust, confidentiality, quality, professionalism, transparency, communication, and commitment.
